Conference Event App

Download Instructions

*Mobile Device Access:

  • Download event app. To access, search “UW-Madison Events” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Open the app and enter the email address you used to register for the event. Your email must match the email used to register for the event.
  • If you entered an email, create a password and click Sign Up.
  • Fill in your networking profile and click Continue. Your profile information will help you connect with other people during the event.
  • Browse for “2026 Administrative Professionals Conference” or use the search bar to find it. Once you’ve found it, tap on it. You’re in! Feel free to start exploring.

*Note: If you’ve attended a previous event with Learning and Talent Development prior to April 2025, we have transitioned to a UW-Madison branded event app, hosted through Webex. You will need to download the new app for access to future event content.

Desktop / Web App Access:

  • No download required – access the desktop version through the link provided.
  • Open the website and enter the email address you used to register for the event.
  • Create a password and click Sign Up.
  • Fill in your networking profile and click Continue. Your profile information will help you connect with other people during the event.
  • You’re in! Feel free to start exploring.
