Remember when TREMS (Talent Recruitment and Engagement Management System) was implemented so long ago? Recently, the team was nominated and awarded the CUPA-HR Successful Practices Award! This award is presented to a team that demonstrates creativity, process improvement or professional achievement through the implementation of a significant new practice that contributes to the overall excellence of the institution’s human resources programs, services and/or administration. This award will be presented during the spring conference on March 26-28.
The TREMS implementation team is well deserved of this award for the countless hours they spent testing and creating TREMS. Each person on this team played a pivotal role and deserves this honor. Congratulations TRE team!
