Job Rotation Program in HR

The Job Rotation Program has all the components needed to support your success, providing you with a well-rounded work experience in the field of human resources.

  • Work on meaningful assignments supporting cross-campus and multi-functional areas, including payroll, benefits, recruitment, leadership and development, and business partnerships.
  • Support and work alongside HR representatives and business partners to provide an array of information, guidance, and assistance to internal employees and managers
  • Projects may be in the areas of policy interpretation and enhancements, training/facilitation or curriculum development, program management and/or customer service

Possible Rotation Assignments

Talent Recruitment and Engagement, Learning and Talent Development, administrative units (e.g. Student Affairs, Central Administration), Benefits Services, Payroll Services, auxiliary units (e.g. housing, facilities) and schools and colleges across campus (Wisconsin School of Business, College of Letters & Science, School of Medicine and Public Health, and College of Engineering).

Who Should Apply?

Early-career professionals and recent college graduates with degrees or equivalent work experience in human resources, communications, business administration, marketing, or a related field.
