University of Wisconsin–Madison

WiGROW Participants and Leadership

Who Participates in WiGROW?

Student-employees are highly skilled, creative, and energetic, applying their know-how in a variety of roles across campus. Students contribute to the daily operation of the University in critical ways through jobs in office administration, technology support, programming and academics, food service, facility and operational support, and more.

Supervisors of student-employees, sometimes being students themselves, engage in the educational mission of the university by teaching and mentoring these students through on-campus employment.
