Please register and pay in full by June 3, 2024 to secure your participation at the symposium. Registration fee includes keynote, breakout sessions, continental breakfast, and lunch.
Registration fee: $100 for University of Wisconsin-Madison employees and affiliates, $150 for non-UW participants

Cancellation Policy
All registrations must be paid in full by June 3, 2024. Registrations that carry a balance due after the payment deadline are subject to cancellation.
Registrations may be cancelled by emailing registrations2@ohr.wisc.edu. Registration fees are refunded in full for cancellations on or before June 3; all cancellations and no shows after the deadline are non-refundable. Substitutions may be made at any time up to the start of the event. This policy supersedes the default cancellation message on your invoice.

Who is eligible for the affiliate registration fee?
The affiliate registration fee is intended for, but not limited to, employees of the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Universities of Wisconsin, University of Wisconsin System Administration, and UW Health. At this time, state employees and UW alums are not eligible for the affiliate rate.
How can I pay for my registration?
University of Wisconsin – Madison employees: If using departmental funds, please submit a funding string for payment during the registration process or by emailing payments@ohr.wisc.edu.
Universities of Wisconsin and University of Wisconsin System Administration: Only UW-Madison funding strings are allowed at this time. For inter-University funding strings, please email payments@ohr.wisc.edu.
We accept MasterCard and VISA; we are unable to accept credit card payments by phone.

How can I get a copy of my receipt?
To download a copy of your registration receipt, please visit the Learning and Talent Development website, select “Review your course history,” login to your account using your email and password, visit “My Registrations and Learning Transcript,” and click on the appropriate event to obtain a copy of your receipt. Funding string payments will be visible in WISER after processed.
How do I request an accommodation to attend?
If you need an accommodation to attend this event, please contact conferences@ohr.wisc.edu. All accommodation requests should be made no less than two weeks before the event. We will attempt to fulfill requests made after this date, but cannot guarantee they will be met.

Will the conference be livestreamed or recorded?
No, all sessions are in-person only at Union South.
Will presentations from the conference be available to participants?
Conference presentations, and associated presentation materials, will be available in the conference app for a minimum of six months. For more information on the accessing the app, review the Conference Event App website.
