Cancellation Policy

All registrations must be paid in full by June 3, 2024. Registrations that carry a balance due after the payment deadline are subject to cancellation.

Registrations may be cancelled by emailing Registration fees are refunded in full for cancellations on or before June 3; all cancellations and no shows after the deadline are non-refundable. Substitutions may be made at any time up to the start of the event. This policy supersedes the default cancellation message on your invoice.

Who is eligible for the affiliate registration fee?

The affiliate registration fee is intended for, but not limited to, employees of the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Universities of Wisconsin, University of Wisconsin System Administration, and UW Health. At this time, state employees and UW alums are not eligible for the affiliate rate.

How can I get a copy of my receipt?

To download a copy of your registration receipt, please visit the Learning and Talent Development website, select “Review your course history,” login to your account using your email and password, visit “My Registrations and Learning Transcript,” and click on the appropriate event to obtain a copy of your receipt. Funding string payments will be visible in WISER after processed.

How do I request an accommodation to attend?
