Connect to the Conference
The UW-Madison Event App provides symposium attendees and presenters with up-to-date event information. The app is accessible from a mobile device, desktop, or tablet.
As part of the Events app, you will gain access to:
- Conference agenda with customized scheduling
- Presenter bios
- Downloadable presentations and handouts
- Networking technology
- Venue logistics
- Direct attendee messaging
Access the Event App
Watch for Your Invitation E-mail
All participants will be added to the UW-Madison Event App and sent an e-mail invitation no later than May 30 to set up an account. Once logged in to the app, you can personalize your schedule, create your profile, network with other attendees, and more.
*Note: If you’ve attended a previous event with Learning and Talent Development, we have transitioned to a UW-Madison branded event app, hosted through Webex. You will need to download the new app for access to future event content.
Download Instructions
Mobile Device Access:
- Download event app. To access, search “UW-Madison Events” in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Open the app and enter the email address you used to register for the event. Your email must match the email used to register for the event.
- If you entered an email, create a password and click Sign Up.
- Fill in your networking profile and click Continue. Your profile information will help you connect with other people during the event.
- Browse for “2025 Women and Leadership Symposium” or use the search bar to find it. Once you’ve found it, tap on it. You’re in! Feel free to start exploring.
Desktop / Web App Access:
- No download required – access the desktop version through the link provided.
- Open the website and enter the email address you used to register for the event.
- Create a password and click Sign Up.
- Fill in your networking profile and click Continue. Your profile information will help you connect with other people during the event.
