Program Description
Everyone is navigating change right now. These unprecedented times (yes, it’s an overused phrase but perfectly descriptive) means more change to come. This session opens the door to the conversation that change, even in our work world, is often accompanied by grief. We will explore how this grief shows up and learn practical strategies to support personal and collective resilience. Through reflection and discussion, you will leave with ways to navigate transitions with greater awareness, self-efficacy, and strength.
