  • Bystander Intervention: Stepping In with Care and Confidence

    Learn practical skills and strategies to help you respond to concerning workplace behavior with care and confidence.

    August 11-12, 2026 (Virtual)
    October 22, 2026 (Classroom)

  • Workplace Belonging: Grow Skills and Shape Culture

    A six-session cohort program to learn practical strategies, share ideas, and identify meaningful action steps to foster a healthy, engaging workplace.

    The Fall 2026 cohort will meet every other week for 12 weeks starting Tuesday, September 22, 2026, from 9 a.m. to noon at 21 North Park or 333 East Campus Mall.

  • Supervision and Management Mastermind Exchange

    A five-session series with a committed group of supervisors and managers to share challenges, exchange perspectives, innovate, and network.
