Have you ever wondered if a project or initiative you’ve been working on addresses the real problem? If it will actually solve what needs to be solved? If so, this workshop is for you.

This is an introductory course on the performance improvement process, a strategy using a wide range of solutions to solve problems related to the performance of people. In this course, you will practice using a systematic process that ensures workplace solutions will directly address a problem in the workplace. Anyone in any role can use this process to reduce busywork and see real results in their work.
