Big Interview is widely used by students, but it also offers powerful tools for UW–Madison employees who want to prepare for interviews and strengthen communication skills. In this interactive one‑hour session, participants will see a live demo of the platform and learn how to use its interview practice, AI feedback, and skill‑building resources strategically. We’ll focus on best practices tailored to employee career growth, internal mobility, and professional development. Attendees will leave with clear ideas for integrating Big Interview into their ongoing career development efforts.
