Inclusive Teams: Co-Creating Team Culture, Values, and Intentions

Course Description

How we meet, communicate, and collaborate within our working teams matters. Team culture can be created either by what we tolerate, or by what we intentionally co-create and cultivate.

What is your desired team culture? What does the group need and hope to achieve? How do you balance individual and organizational values? What working agreements and intentions will help you sustain the desired culture? Your team has the wisdom, experience, and ideas, they just might need some guidance to move forward.

In this workshop, you will learn intentional and experiential exercises that can guide your team in revisiting, revising, and even reimaging how to effectively work together. Units and teams are encouraged to register two or more team members in preparation to work together and co-facilitate the team through the exercises.

Now is the time to come together to recommit to purpose; embrace change; co-create a vibrant work environment; and leverage all the talents to meet current priorities.
