Course Description
How we meet, communicate, and collaborate shapes our team culture—whether by default or by design. This workshop helps teams move from unspoken norms to intentional practices that support a healthy, inclusive, and purpose-driven work environment.
You’ll explore questions like:
- Who are we and what is our unique purpose?
- What kind of team culture do we want?
- What do we need to achieve together?
- How do we align individual and organizational values?
- What shared agreements will help us sustain our desired culture?
Through hands-on, practical exercises, you’ll learn how to guide your team in revisiting, refining, and/or reimagining how you work together. The workshop is ideal for teams ready to reset, reconnect, or realign around shared values, goals, and a culture of belonging.
Teams are encouraged to register two or more members to prepare to guide these exercises back in their unit or department.
