Conscious communication is the intention to stay present and pay attention to universal feelings and needs in order to connect with each other. Group study and practice use the book Nonviolent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg and other related resources. Three Conscious Communication practice groups for beginners meet in our area, and they welcome newcomers. Meetings are held on various weekday evenings and at various locations in the greater Madison area. There is no cost to attend.
