Course Description
This course provides an overview of team roles, the team development process, and the importance of individual impact on team dynamics. Interactive engagement will be focused on how employees in any role can exhibit leadership to influence positive change on their team. Using Dr. Belbin’s framework of team roles and Dr. Tuckman’s model of the five stages of team development, this session focuses on the specific actions that can be taken throughout the evolution of a team.
