Course Description
Being aware of your own patterns and preferences when interacting with others can help explain why you thrive in some situations and feel stretched and exhausted in others. You will be more flexible in interpersonal situations when you understand more about your own style. It is helpful to adapt your style to the styles of others to help them feel more welcome and comfortable.
