EQ Skills and Strategies: The Power of Curiosity

Course Description

Emotional intelligence (EQ) is more than a relational skill -it’s a strategic advantage in today’s fast-paced, collaborative work environments. The ability to recognize, understand, and manage emotions, both our own and those of others, is essential for building trust, enhancing communication, and fostering resilient, high-performing teams.

This workshop explores two foundational EQ elements: Self-Perception and Self-Expression, with a focus on how curiosity and vulnerability can unlock emotional agility and deepen workplace relationships. Through practical tools and reflective strategies, participants will learn how to approach emotions and interactions with openness, courage, and boundaries.

Course Learning Objectives:

  • Define curiosity as a mindset and emotional skill and explore how it fosters emotional agility and growth.
  • Recognize emotional “armor.”
  • Identify personal boundaries and apply strategies to navigate vulnerability with curiosity, courage, and emotional awareness.
