Course Description
Few people actively enjoy interpersonal conflict with others. Conflict always has context to consider – The situation, root causes, past history and reactions of others are just some of the factors to consider when choosing the most effective conflict mode. This course helps participants understand and manage conflict. It will also provide tools to resolve interpersonal conflict.
