Course Description
Each leader has a brand and natural leadership style.Being self-aware about your personal leadership style will help you better guide others. Self-awareness has been proven to be a key competency required for successful leadership. Leaders that are self-aware know their strengths and weaknesses and are able to project confidence in their knowledge, skills, and abilities. In order to guide the behavior of their followers, leaders must be conscious of their personal goals, duties, and values.This course helps participants become more aware of themselves and how to use self-awareness effectively in leadership roles.
