Course Description

Change and every day stressors are always around us. In order to succeed as leaders, we must find ways to put things in perspective and move forward. Being personally resilient to change and stress will help you make more informed decisions and help your professional relationships thrive. Being a positive influence can help others see the possibilities rather than challenges. This course will provide tools to help you be more resilient.
