Course Description
Coaching is an indispensable and underutilized tool. This module will help you get clear on what exactly coaching is, as well as appropriate (and inappropriate) times to use this tool. You will improve skills needed to coach others, whether that is peer to peer, supervisor to supervisee, or with family and friends. We will spend the first half on content and the second half practicing.
