Coaching and Developing Others

Course Description

Good leaders are good listeners and ask good questions. They help work through issues and allow others to feel confident in their own decisions in situations where there isn’t one ‘right’ way to proceed. This course helps participants develop skills needed to coach and actively develop others.

Why should you attend?

  • Define and compare coaching, mentoring, and counseling
  • Understand the Success Equation and when it is appropriate to coach
  • Construct and ask effective coaching questions
  • Plan for and conduct a coaching session
