“You will never read or write an email in the same way after this class. Learn all the things you are doing badly, and then learn how to get the results you need by doing things well.”
Tim, Instructional Staff, English/ Program in ESL

“A lot of people should take this course because emails are the main way of communicating these days, and a lot is missed based on the length of the email. It was inspiring to learn how emails need to be concise and clear without little buffering material. If it has a task, it should be up front. Organizing email formats is a useful tool for most.”
Shelby, University Services Program Associate, College of Engineering
