Personal Professional Development Planning

Course Description

Professional development planning is the process of identifying career goals and aspirations, and the specific steps for how those goals and aspirations will be achieved. Good development plans also outline resources and networks that support goal achievement. In this course, you will describe your career vision and values, your strengths and goals you wish to achieve. Based on these, you will create development goals and identify how you’ll achieve them.
