Understanding Organizational Politics

Course Description

Organizational politics are a natural part of any work setting. Sometimes those politics are constructive and helpful, other times they can be toxic and harmful. Being able to navigate the politics of your organization can help you be a better leader. This module will help you understand the dynamics of organizational politics.
