What participants are saying

“This course offers participants the opportunity to take a step back from their default reactions and view things from a different point-of-view. I especially appreciated the opportunity to have people review and reflect on challenges that others were facing in the workplace and try to find solutions. It really emphasized the point that our mindsets can be limiting, and when we can see things from a different lens, there are possibilities that would have never been otherwise visible.”
