EQ Skills and Strategies

The practice of emotional intelligence (EQ) is valuable now, more than ever.  Engaging in the practice of recognizing our own and others’ feelings serves as a powerful tool in connecting with people – building trust – and fostering inclusion.

Join us as we explore practical skills and strategies that build EQ capacity in ways that positively guide actions and behaviors, particularly in times of change, uncertainty, and ambiguity.

Register for any of the five, 75-minute, sessions focused on specific EQ elements, skills, and strategies. Join as you can – come to one, come to all.

OR

Register to join a six week – 90 minutes each week – cohort that will continually build upon each element within a learning community focused on creating consistent, courageous connections.

Be prepared to bring your own experiences and understanding as tools for collective reflection, learning, and practice.
