Everyone has completed a project at some point in their life. This could have been planning a vacation or figuring out how to implement a new software system across multiple units. Projects come in all shapes and sizes. While projects are commonplace, the skills of a project manager are not. This course focuses on providing a broad overview of the phases of project management that people who are not professional project managers can use to make their work on projects more effective.

- Practice clarifying sponsor expectations
- Apply the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to tasks
- Utilize project management principles in a case study
