This course encourages you to reflect on your current mindset and determine whether it is holding you back or pushing you forward. You will learn language to encourage a growth mindset within yourself and your team. Collaborate with others to generate and evaluate ideas using language that encourages creativity and innovation.

In Part 2 of this two-part series, apply skills you learned in Part 1. Bring a work challenge for others to problem-solve, and use your skills on the challenges facing other units. Expect to interact with another participant one-on-one to hear and share possible solutions to workplace challenges. This is a virtual course.
