Part 1

Cultivate your creativity and discover how you can use it to solve workplace challenges. This course encourages you to reflect on your current mindset and determine whether it is holding you back or pushing you forward. You will learn language to encourage a growth mindset within yourself and your team. Collaborate with others to generate and evaluate ideas using language that encourages creativity and innovation.

Part 2

Note: Thrive@UW-Madison: Exploring Creativity and Innovation – Part 1 is a prerequisite to this course. You may also substitute the in-person course, Thrive@UW-Madison: Exploring Creativity and Innovation.

Description:

In Part 2 of this two-part series, apply skills you learned in Part 1. Bring a work challenge for others to problem-solve, and use your skills on the challenges facing other units. Expect to interact with another participant one-on-one to hear and share possible solutions to workplace challenges. This is a virtual course. You will receive a link 24 hours before the course in your email.
