2024 HR Awards
Nominate a Colleague
Recognizing hard work and exceptional performance is essential to creating a community of respect and excellence. Employees are more likely to continue innovating efficient systems, positively impact the community, and experience greater job satisfaction when acknowledged for their contributions. We are excited to seek nominations for this year’s HR@UW Appreciation Event.
Nomination Process
UW-Madison employees who perform HR-related functions for at least 50% of their job are eligible to be nominated for an award. Years of service requirements are stated in the award criteria, which are written below.
To nominate a colleague, please write a letter expressing why this nominee deserves the recognition and provide specific examples that reflect the award criteria. Nominators can also include additional letters of support from up to three colleagues. Save the letter and additional documentation into a single pdf file or Word file that can be uploaded to the nomination form.
Nominations must be submitted by October 18, 2024.
