Process Considerations
Workday will automatically send a To Do task to the Talent Partner (Supervisory) 45 days prior to the probation end date for a position. The Talent Partner (Supervisory) will initiate the performance review process when they receive the To Do task.
There are two processes used for this type of review. Detailed instructions are included in the To Do task.
- If the Probation Period end date is for the primary or only position, the To Do task will instruct the Talent Partner to Start Performance Review for Employee.
- If the Probation Period end date is for a non-primary position, the To Do task will instruct the Talent Partner to Get Feedback on Worker.
