Enroll My Team
Use the steps below to assign Non-Compliance Training to your direct reports.

In the Workday search bar, type Learning Mass Enroll.

Select the Learning Mass Enroll task.

At the prompt, leave all fields blank and click OK.
Note: The employees who show on the next page are only those whom you support. -
Search for the employee by typing their name in the search bar or use other filters in the left column to find a number of employees to assign training.

Select the employee/employees to whom you want to assign training.

Note: If you have a large number of employees to enroll, please submit a Get Help ticket.

Click Learning Facilitated Enroll.

Search for the learning you wish to assign.
Hint: start your search with UWMSN for Madison courses. (Examples: UWMSN Ergonomics) - Click on the desired course.
- Click Yes or No for Assign as Required Learning.

Select Yes if the training is compliance training (reference: Assigning New Hires to Compliance Training job aid)

Select No if the training is not compliance training

- Select which employees to enroll by clicking individual employees or by clicking the select box above the column to select all.
- Click Submit.
Note: You can confirm the assignment by viewing employee transcripts.

From the Workday home page, type the name of the employee.

Select the employee you wish to view.

On the employee record, click the Career tab on the left side.

Click Learning to view the employee’s transcript.

The training you have assigned will show as “Not Started” on the employee transcript.
