This toolkit has training materials to support the Workday in-person employee training. The training series is designed for employees who do not use a computer in their work. Sessions will be held between July 21-August 8, 2025 for daytime, second, and third shifts.

Facilitator guide
This guide is designed to support trainers in delivering the in-person Workday training to employees. It includes course objectives, key talking points, timing, engagement activities for learning outcomes, and much more. Trainers may update the talking points in the guide to meet their own voice and tone provided the meaning of the materials does not change.
Participant guide
Employees will use this printed handout in the classroom during engagement activities as a learning aid. Trainers and room helpers will use this guide to ensure employees can follow along with instructions during the engagement activities. Printed materials reinforce learning outside of the classroom.
