Workday grants up to two holiday in advance

Starting in July 2025 when Workday goes live, employees may only use up to two legal holidays in advance of having earned those hours.

  • When Workday goes live in July 2025, employees may only use two holidays in advance within the leave year.
  • Employees are encouraged to use their personal holiday hours prior to using other leave categories.
