The HR Communities of Practice Office supports UW–Madison’s human resources and payroll communities by fostering resource sharing, education, and professional networking. By acting as the key connection between campus professionals and the central Office of Human Resources, we advance the quality and effectiveness of human resources practices across campus.
We facilitate several monthly CoP meetings and support various conferences and HR-related activities. For a list of upcoming events, view the HR CoP calendar.
Our team strives to support the healthy development of learning communities and experiences, enabling human resource and payroll professionals to enhance their knowledge, skills, and abilities for the benefit of the broader UW–Madison community.
