How to Claim Your Free Recreation & Wellbeing Pass

The Employee Assistance Office at UW–Madison provides employees with a Recreation & Wellbeing Pass good for 12 free visits. This pass provides flexible access to both the Nicholas Recreation Center and the Bakke Recreation & Wellbeing Center.

Instructions

1. Click on the special link provided by the Employee Assistance Office. This will take you to the Rec Well member portal page.
2. Click the Sign In button in the top right corner of the page.
3. Login with your NetID.
4. You will be taken to a page with the Employee Assistance Office offer to sign up for a Multi-Use Pass.
5. Click the Add to Cart button.
6. Review the three Waiver pages. Click Accept Now on each page if you do choose to accept.
7. In your Shopping Cart, click the Checkout button.
8. When the “Choose Payment Option” pop-up window appears, click Checkout. There is no need to provide a credit card number.
9. You will receive a receipt at your UW–Madison email address. The receipt contains additional helpful information.
