Managers, supervisors, deans, and department chairs work with the Employee Assistance Office to address workplace issues through unlimited management consultation.
Common concerns include:

- Stress and change management
- Organizational dynamics
- Personal issues affecting performance
- Respectful workplace behaviors
- Support after a workplace crisis, loss, or trauma
The EAO provides individualized guidance and resource referral to managers in need of assistance.
