Benefits Cutover Dates

This document provides Benefits-related cutover dates in preparation for My Insurance Benefits and Workday go-live. Please keep in mind, work is still being done and information may change.

Cutover Dates
Date	Event/Process	Responsible Party
June 9-13	OHR Benefits Services will distribute a daily report of those employees with open Employee Self Service (ESS)	OHR Benefits Services, S/C/D
June 11	Deadline to submit applications/changes to be processed on the 6A/June 2 payroll	S/C/D, Employees
June 14	Employee Self Service (ESS) in HRS will be turned off	OHR Benefits Services
June 15-30	Paper applications will be required Emergency enrollment process is in place for those effective July 1, 2025	S/C/D
June 25	Deadline to submit applications/changes to be processed on the 6B/July 1 payroll	S/C/D, Employees
July 1	My Insurance Benefits will launch Current active employees (hired June 28 or earlier in HRS) will use My Insurance Benefits to review, elect, and change benefits Emergency enrollment process is in place for those effective July 1, 2025	Employees
July 7	Begin entering New Hires (hired June 29 and forward) into Workday Workday feeds will begin to transmit to My Insurance Benefits	S/C/D
July 8-Forward	New Hires entered into Workday will transmit to My Insurance Benefits overnight All employees (including New Hires on or after July 1) will use My Insurance Benefits to review, elect, and change benefits	Employees
