Enrolling Employees in a Non-Compliance Course

Enroll My Team

Use the steps below to assign Non-Compliance Training to your direct reports. 

  1. From the Workday Home Page, use the search bar to search for and select the Find Workers to Enroll report.

  2. To search for learners you can:

    1. Use the search bar under Find Workers to Enroll.
    2. Use multiple filter options such as job profile, location, supervisory organization, management level, or worker type.
  3. Select the employee/employees to whom you want to assign training.

    1. Note: If you have a large number of employees to enroll, please submit a Get Help ticket.

  4. Click Select Learners.

  5. Search for the learning you wish to assign.

    Hint: start your search with UWMSN for Madison courses. (Examples: UWMSN Ergonomics)
  6. Click on the desired course.
  7. Click Yes or No for Assign as Required Learning.
    1. Select Yes if the training is compliance training (reference: Assigning New Hires to Compliance Training job aid)

    2. Select No if the training is not compliance training

  8. Select which employees to enroll by clicking individual employees or by clicking the select box above the column to select all.
  9. Click Submit.
    Note: You can confirm the assignment by viewing employee transcripts. 

    • From the Workday home page, type the name of the employee.

    • Select the employee you wish to view.

    • On the employee record, click the Career tab on the left side.

    • Click Learning to view the employee’s transcript.

    • The training you have assigned will show as “Not Started” on the employee transcript.
