Learning Management Cutover Dates

This document provides learning management-related cutover dates in preparation for Workday go-live. Please keep in mind, work is still being done and information may change. 

Cutover Dates

The final date to complete the following courses in their current format is June 14, 2025:

  • Preventing Sexual Harassment and Sexual Violence
  • Responsible Employee
  • HIPAA
  • Campus Security Authority
  • Cybersecurity

Employees should complete any outstanding compliance training for the current review period by this date. If completed by June 14, the most recent completions will be loaded in Workday.​ The completions will trigger the expiration dates and retraining windows.
