Learning Partner Roles
Learning Partners have security in Workday that allows them to view learning data and possibly enroll or cancel learning for employees they support. There are two types of Learning Partner roles. These roles can be assigned by requesting through your school, college, or division’s human resources representative.

Learning partners will not be able to create or update courses in Workday Learning. If you have a course that should be in Workday, please submit the New Workday Learning Course Request Form form (see related New Course Request job aid). Note: all employees will have access to this form and have the ability to request a course in Workday.

How can I submit completion of compliance training by equivalence?
If an employee completes compliance training though an equivalent option (e.g. in-person, in a different language, etc.), you will submit a ticket to request the training assignment be marked complete. (Note: Additional guidance will be provided for submitting a ticket.)
How can I get a compliance training waiver for an employee?
If you have identified an employee who should be waived from a compliance training assignment, submit a ticket for assistance. You will need to indicate the reason the employee should be waived (e.g. no longer need to take, position change, termination etc.) and indicate supervisor approval. (Note: Additional guidance will be provided for submitting a ticket.)
