Performance Management Cutover Dates

This document provides Performance Management-related cutover dates in preparation for Workday go-live. Please keep in mind, work is still being done and information may change.

PMDP clean up: resolve currently outstanding reviews in PMDP system

SCDs

By July 1, 2025

Open Final PMDP Reviews: All non-IAS staff needing a summary evaluation in PMDP for FY25 (or Final Probation Reviews ending July 1 – LAUNCH DATE) must open their review

  • PMDP will be view only after July 1, 2025 for US, LI, and non-IAS

  • Final PMDP reviews due October 1, 2025

SCDs Managers, Talent Partners, etc.

Late-July Launch Date

Complete initial PM FY26 entry in Workday

  • FY25 review must be completed in PMDP or current system

  • Complete FY26 Goals & Expectations in Workday for all eligible employment categories

  • Have 3 months from initiating goal setting to complete task 

  • Final deadline is October 31, 2025

SCDs Managers

January 2026

First mid-point evaluation launches​  Talent Administrator
