Talent Partners can use their dashboard in Workday to check the progress of performance evaluations in their area. The report allows filtering for specific information to see who is at each stage of the overall performance process. This report can help with targeted messaging and determining overall completion progress for your area.
- Begin by logging into Workday and selecting ‘HR Operations’ on the left menu and then clicking ‘Talent Partner’.

The landing page shows the ‘In Progress Performance Reviews’ report. The report can be adjusted by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right of the report and selecting ‘Edit Settings’.

Edit to select the specific performance template you want to review and use the Transaction Status filters to select the completion status you want to include . Then click ‘OK’.

There is a pop-up prompt stating you’ve successfully edited the settings. Click ‘Done’.

The new report will show how many evaluations are at each stage in the overall process.

By clicking the count number (indicated above), a pop-up window will appear with a detailed report identifying employees and managers at that stage.
Reminder: Managers are also able to monitor their own progress through the performance cycle by accessing their My Team Dashboard in Workday and reviewing the My Team In Progress Performance Review (UW) report.
