Time off cutover dates

This document provides time off-related cutover dates in preparation for Workday go-live. Please keep in mind, work is still being done and information may change.

SCDs

June 28, 2025

  • Last day employees can enter or modify time off entry in HRS for 06B (June 15 - June 28).
  • Last day for any leave swaps up until June 28.
  • FAASLI No Leave Taken must be submitted for the fiscal year July 2024 - June 2025 if no absences were taken.
Employee, Manager, or HR Professional 
June 29, 2025
  • Last day supervisors can enter, modify, approve time off entry in HRS for 06B (June 15 - June 28). 
  • Last day for manager to complete any leave swaps on employee's behalf. 
  • First payroll period in Workday begins 07A (June 29 - June 13).
SCDs
June 29, 2025 Time off entry with a date of June 29, 2025 and after will not convert to Workday.  Not applicable
June 29-July 6, 2025 Track time worked entry only in HRS. SCDs
June 29-July 6, 2025 Time off taken will need to be manually tracked by SCD. SCDs
July 1, 2025 HRS payroll confirm 06B. Not applicable
July 1-6, 2025
  • 4th of July legal holiday loads into Workday.
  • ATP to load absence balances into Workday.
ATP
July 7, 2025
  • Workday opens for all employees. 
  • All time off beginning with June 29 needs to be manually entered and approved in Workday. 
Employee, Manager, or HR Professional
July 17, 2025 First payroll complete in Workday for 07A.  Not applicable
July 24, 2025 First pay date in Workday for 07A.  Not applicable
