Use the steps below to assign Compliance Training to your direct reports. For non-compliance training, reference the Enrolling Employees in Compliance or Required Training job aid.

In the Workday search bar, type “Manager Enroll.”

Select the “Manager Enroll” task.

Search for the learning you wish to assign.
Hint: start your search with UWMSN for Madison compliance courses. (Examples: UWMSN Prevent Sexual Harassment, UWMSN Responsible Employee) -
Click on the desired course.

Click Yes to Assign as Required Learning. If the training is marked as required, the Learner will be unable to drop the enrollment.
Note: only compliance/required training courses should be marked as “required.” -
Select Due Date.

Due Date Type: Duration

Duration Unit: Days

Select correct length based on course assigned

Select which employees to enroll by clicking individual employees or by clicking the select box above the column to select all.

Click Submit.
