• Fully Prepared to Lead Courses

  The individual courses in the Fully Prepared to Lead program will empower participants to build their personal leadership skills. UW–Madison employees can choose one or many courses.

• Fully Prepared to Lead Certificate Program

  Fully Prepared to Lead offers a comprehensive Certificate of Leadership Competencies. This flexible certificate program allows participants to choose their path and grow leadership awareness, confidence, and skills at a pace that works for them.

• Career Counseling

  Leadership starts with growth. Career planning is an opportunity to reflect on goals and opportunities, while staying engaged, adaptable, and prepared for what’s next. Free and confidential career counseling services are available to all UW–Madison employees who are exploring new opportunities, considering a career transition, or seeking to enhance their skills.

• Navigating Difficult Conversations

  In today’s workplace, one crucial skill that can positively impact work culture and relationships is the ability to navigate emotionally charged, high risk conversations effectively. This session will focus on approaching difficult conversations in a healthy, well-prepared way. Participants will learn strategies and tools that can help them plan for difficult conversations.
