The intended audience for this form is Office of Human Resources (OHR) employees. If you work outside of OHR and have a request for HR/employee data, please reach out to your local HR. Please note that due to the move from HRS to Workday we anticipate a delay in our ability to produce ad hoc reports for a period of time. We appreciate your patience as we all learn the new data reporting tools.

What measures are needed in the analysis? (Examples: Counts of employees and appointments, compensation dollars, FTE level)

What statistics are needed in the analysis? (Examples: Average compensation rate, actual compensation percentiles, empirical distribution of health benefits cost)
