- Participates in annual market surveys
- Conducts market pricing analysis for jobs
- Builds and maintains predictive compensation model-building analyses
- Collaborates with campus partners on complex compensation issues such as pay equity, parity, compression, executive compensation, merit pay, organizational structures and job mapping
