Have you heard about OHR’s Payroll Certification Cohort?
OHR is excited to announce its 3rd Payroll Certification Cohort for division level payroll professionals, beginning this fall. Since 2017, 18 divisions across campus have taken advantage of this training and networking opportunity.
Overview: The objective of this program is to support new and existing payroll professionals in performing all payroll functions with the highest level of expertise—and to enable certified subject-matter experts (SMEs) to train the next generation of payroll professionals.
Format: The program will last approximately 6 months, from November of 2018 to April 2019. The curriculum is designed to be completed throughout the payroll cycle, allowing participants to apply new knowledge and skills learned in real time. Each in-person session is three hours long. Employees will receive online formative and hands-on scenario-based assessments as we progress. A certificate will be awarded to all participants who successfully complete all modules and assessments, confirming their successful completion of this comprehensive payroll course.
