The “Launch Your Career” call to action (CTA) enables us to collect a list of visitors who express an interest in working at UW-Madison without applying for a specific position. When filling out this brief form, visitors can choose the area(s) of interest (job group) they are most interested in.
The TA team has a pipeline of “warm” or interested candidates who would welcome outreach from your team.

Considerations for Using a Launch You Career Candidate List
The pipeline list is an option to supplement current or future recruitment efforts for a particular position or job group. The candidates on this list have not been vetted and will require contact from your division.
