Compensation Administration serves as consultants to campus HR professionals and other campus stakeholders for compensation-related policies, procedures, and best practices.
Services
- Consults with colleges, schools, and divisions on titling and administration of compensation such as pay plan, rate and title change requests, living wage, and central funds
- Reviews and approves personnel transactions (e.g., vacancies, pay rate and job title changes, promotions/reclassifications)
- Provides title and compensation guidance
- Advises HR units on HR laws, policies, and procedures
